This is one of our two Mississauga locations, and it’s in the heart of the city near the Hurontario St. exit off the 401. We are on the first floor of a large office building and have underground parking with visitor access as well as two designated parking spaces out front of the building for quick drop-off and pick-up.
Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.
We have 4 classrooms that can accommodate 59 children from newborn to 12 years old. As one of the smaller locations, we get to experience a very cozy and intimate relationship between children, caregivers, and our staff. Each classroom has large windows as well as webcams that caregivers can access throughout the day. Outside we have 2 separate fenced playgrounds for children to enjoy the fresh air year-round.
Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten and School Age programs are available with the option of full-time, part-time, or backup care. Our School Age program is exclusively available for Summer Camp from about July to September.
We provide children with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen. The Kidco Kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy and our food contains no additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. Learn more here.

Parking is located underground. There is a visitor side and a monthly pass side. There are also 2 parking spots for us at the front of the centre outside.
Meet the Director
I am Victoria Asirifi, the Centre Director of Kids & Company Robert Speck Parkway. I attended Humber College. I have been working for Kids & Company since 2012, and I have been in child care for 21 years. I knew I wanted to work in child care during high school when I developed a passion for taking care of children. I have my own family of four kids; three boys and one girl. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing by listening to music and reading books. My favourite thing about Robert Speck Parkway’s location is how it feels like home. For the 12 years I have worked for Kids & Company, I have been able to grow as an individual, with a great team supporting me and inspiring me to be the best version of myself. Everyone is treated fairly and has the opportunity to voice their thoughts and opinions. A great aspect of RSP is how multicultural the location is. Kids & Company’s Infant program welcomes newborns up to roughly 15 months. Infants learn about the world around them through their senses, so exploration is critical to their development. Nurturing educators support the children while they take in their surroundings, encouraging them to experience everything the classroom offers; be it creative art, exploring with blocks, listening to songs or engaging in story-time. Our infant program encourages children to follow their own established routines, while becoming comfortable and secure in a new group setting.
Kids & Company’s Toddler program is for children between the ages of roughly 15 months and 2.9 years. Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators use an Emergent curriculum approach to learning that supports each child’s individuality. Some of the most important learning outcomes of our toddler program are language development, socialization, self-help skills, and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
Kids & Company’s Preschool program is designed for children between the ages of roughly 2.9 - 6 years. Our educators interact, observe and interpret the interests of our children to encourage discoveries. Our Preschool program provides a foundation for developing greater independence and problem-solving skills; the program integrates new concepts into our children’s world view, promotes sharing and mutual respect, and prepares them for Kindergarten.
Kids & Company’s School Age program accepts children from 5 - 12 years old (Grade 1 - 6) and is available at select locations. Programs include Before and After School Care, School Break Programming, and Summer Camp. Classroom space exists for smaller groups to gather, and activities are designed to meet the needs of varying developmental levels, touching on arts, science, math, drama, imaginative play, and physical fitness. Educators are also available to provide academic support for children that wish to do their homework during After School Care.
