Employer-Paid Services
3 employer-paid visits per employee to use towards any of the following services:
In-Centre Backup Child Care
Kids & Company provides emergency backup care to support families when other care arrangements fall through (planned or emergencies).
- When your regular child care arrangements fall through, you can access this last-minute care for your child on a moment’s notice or schedule in advance
- For infant to 5 years of age, and 6-12 years of age at select centres
- Each visit is 11 hours of cares at any Kids & Company centre. Ability to access additional backup visits, employee-paid at discounted rate
Tutoring Services, powered by TutorBright
A holistic approach to education focuses on each student’s academic and social-emotional growth, fostering a love of learning, a positive mindset, and strong self-esteem. As a BCI employee, you can receive the following:
- Virtual tutoring services for children ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in all subjects
- Each visit is 1 hour of service. Ability to access additional tutoring services, employee-paid with a 10% discount

Adult/Elder Care Services, powered by Bayshore HealthCare
The goal of the adult/elder care service is to allow families and their loved one to achieve maximum independence and related quality of life for all. As a BCI employee, you can receive the following:
- Personal care services are available for loved ones, with support provided by a Personal Support Worker (PSW). Services may include: bathing, feeding, meal preparation, companionship, etc.
- Waived consultation fee (value of $100-$200)
- Each visit is for 3 hours of care. Ability to access additional adult/elder care services employee-paid at market rate

In-Home Child Care Services, powered by Kiid Concierge

- Access to on-demand, in-home child care to help with all of life’s moments and surprises through Kiid Concierge
- Child care providers are available to provide care on short-notice or in advance, available in Victoria and Vancouver only
- Each visit is for 3 hours of care. Ability to access additional in-home child care services, employee-paid at market rate

- On-demand, personalized care connecting families to local providers matched by language, culture, and needs. Services include in-home support (housekeeping, meals, pet care), mobility assistance, companionship, and specialized care such as dementia support and post-discharge recovery
