Upcoming Kidco Talk: A Healthy Relationship with Anger: A Nervous System Guide for Parents
Think about the adults in your life when you were growing up. What did anger look like in your home? Was it safe to feel? Safe to express? What did you learn anger meant about you? Most of us were never taught a healthy relationship with anger. We were taught to suppress it, fear it, or apologize for it. And then we became parents — and suddenly our kids are right there, feeling it loudly, and something gets activated in us that we don’t fully understand. That activation? It’s not weakness. It’s information. You’ll leave with a free toolkit and, more importantly, a completely different relationship with one of the most misunderstood emotions we carry.
