Parking
There are 3 parking spots available for drop off and pick-up in the surface-level parking lot attached to the building on the east side. Lot is accessible via 11th street.

Emergent Curriculum: A Play-based Approach to Early Learning
At Kids & Company, we follow an emergent approach to curriculum—a child-centered, play-based way of learning that begins with careful observation of children’s interests, questions, and developmental cues. Rather than relying on rigid, pre-set lesson plans, our educators observe what each child is drawn to and create meaningful, individualized learning opportunities that build on those interests. This responsive approach supports deeper engagement and learning by meeting children where they are—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Daily Digital Reporting
You’ll receive daily reports on what your child eats, their nap times, curriculum activities, milestones and more. Delivering mid-day smiles as well as important insight into your child’s day.
Webcams
Password-protected web cameras are installed in each classroom and provide a real-time video feed of your child’s day.
Nutritious meals & snacks
Children enjoy a hot lunch and three snacks each day, prepared by our Kidco Kitchen — made from scratch with no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavours or colours.
Health & Safety
Every classroom follows rigorous health and safety protocols, tailored to meet local licensing and regional public health requirements. Your child’s well-being is always our top priority.
Families appreciate having three large playground areas, each separate for specific age groups. This allows children to enjoy outdoor time throughout the year.

Geeta Sharma
My name is Geeta Sharma, Centre Director at Kids & Company Beltline. I hold an MA in English Literature and a B.Ed in English Language from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and bring over 22 years of experience in child care. I’m passionate about shaping children’s early experiences while leading teams to deliver high-quality care. I strive to create an environment where educators feel supported, families feel confident, and children feel safe, engaged, and inspired to learn. I’m committed to continuous improvement, strong relationships, and meaningful programming that helps every child build a solid foundation for the future. I value Kids & Company’s collaborative culture and dedication to excellence, which allows me to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact every day.
