At Kids & Company, we follow an emergent approach to curriculum—a child-centered, play-based way of learning that begins with careful observation of children’s interests, questions, and developmental cues. Rather than relying on rigid, pre-set lesson plans, our educators observe what each child is drawn to and create meaningful, individualized learning opportunities that build on those interests. Daily Digital Reporting
You’ll receive daily reports on what your child eats, their nap times, curriculum activities, milestones and more. Delivering mid-day smiles as well as important insight into your child’s day.
Webcams
Password-protected web cameras are installed in each classroom and provide a real-time video feed of your child’s day.
Nutritious meals & snacks
Children enjoy snacks prepared by our Kidco Kitchen — made from scratch with no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavours or colours.

Every classroom follows rigorous health and safety protocols, tailored to meet local licensing and regional public health requirements. Your child’s well-being is always our top priority.

Meet the Director
Dharti Gajjar
I am Dharti Gajjar, the Centre Director of Kids & Company Cochrane. I have a Master of Arts degree and a Master of Education degree. I have been working in child care for over 5 years, and I have been working with Kids & Company since 2018. I have always wanted to work in child care because I feel a sense of honor being able to teach our young generations and watch them grow into intelligent individuals. My husband and I have a beautiful, young daughter and we love to spend time together as a family. In my spare time, I love relaxing, listening to music, and cooking. The Kids & Company Cochrane location is located within viewing distance of the Rocky Mountains. Our natural environment offers the children a diverse learning experience, utilizing our beautiful indoor and outdoor space. We have a wonderful staff who are always willing to support new and existing families as much as we can. Kids & Company is flexible, and offers a variety of curriculum, ensuring your children have the best care. It would be my pleasure to meet you and give you a tour of our Cochrane centre.
