Sara Massey

My name is Sara Massey, I'm the Centre Director at the Hammonds Plains location. With over 15 years of experience in child care and a passion for supporting children’s growth, I’ve been proud to be part of the Centre since 2012. I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Special Needs, focused on behavioural support, and a degree in Child and Youth Studies. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Our centre is special because of the strong sense of community we’ve built. Families feel welcomed, children feel supported, and our dedicated team works together to provide high-quality care every day. My favourite part about working for Kids & Company is the way we foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, empowering our educators to thrive while making a real difference in the lives of the children we care for. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing children gain confidence, explore new skills, and reach milestones, knowing that our work lays the foundation for their future success.

WOW. This daycare feels like a second home for my toddler, and I am so glad to have a spot here. The team, including Mandy, Varneet, Mya, Sarah, and Stephanie, is professional, kind, and genuinely loves all the kids, providing great updates throughout the day.
