Samantha Heather

I’m Samantha Heather, the Centre Director at Little Willows Lougheed, by Kids & Company. I graduated from Douglas College in 2000 and have been working in child care for over 25 years. I am passionate about this field because I believe in fostering a strong sense of teamwork among staff, parents, and caregivers, ensuring that every child in our care can thrive and grow as an individual. I enjoy working at Kids & Company because it truly feels like being part of a community that values children’s curiosity and individuality.

Both of my kids have attended Little Willows Lougheed for years and genuinely love going every day. The teachers and admin team truly care about the children and provide a clean, well-stocked environment with plenty of art, toys, and outdoor time.

All staff are trained in first aid, CPR, and centre-wide safety protocols. For added security, photo identification is required for anyone picking up your child.
