Vibrant Vegetarian Meals

Bean Souvlaki with Tzatziki

Serves: 6 portions

Recipe Time: 5 - 10 minutes

What you need

  • 3 Cup Chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Kidco Kitchen Tangy Tzatziki

What you do

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Mix oregano, lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic together.
  3. Coat mixture on chickpeas.
  4. Serve on a whole wheat pita with our Kidco Kitchen Tangy Tzatziki and other yummy toppings!
