Vibrant Vegetarian Meals

Maple Dijon Fillet

Serves: 6 portions

Recipe Time: 10 - 15 Minutes

What you need

  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 6 Tofu Fillet

What you do

  1. Make sure you wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Set oven to 350F.
  3. Combine maple syrup and mustard.
  4. Brush each fillet with mixture.
  5. Place fillets on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
