Vibrant Vegetarian Meals

Soy Sliders

Serves: 6 portions

Recipe Time: 25 - 30 Minutes

What you need

  • 1 Package Firm Tofu or 6 Tofu Patties
  • ½ Tsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ Tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 6 Mini Hamburger Buns

What you do

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Cut form tofu into 6 even patties (about 2oz each).
  4. Combine garlic and vinegar. Brush onto tofu patties.
  5. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until brown.
  6. Serve one patty per bun.
