Kids & Company provides emergency backup care to support families when other care arrangements fall through (planned or emergencies).
- When your regular child care arrangements fall through, you can access this last-minute care for your child on a moment’s notice or schedule in advance
- For infant to 5 years of age, and 6-12 years of age at select centres
- 2 visits per employees (each visit is 11 hours of cares at any Kids & Company centre). Ability to access additional backup visits, employee-paid at discounted rate

The goal of the adult/elder care service is to allow families and their loved one to achieve maximum independence and related quality of life for all. As a Metrolinx employee, you can access the following:
- Personal care services for loved ones, with support provided by a Personal Support Worker (PSW). Services may include: bathing, feeding, meal preparation, companionship, etc.
- Waived consultation fee (value of $100-$200)

Virtual Pediatric Care, powered by KixCare
Access to specialized virtual pediatric physical and mental health care supports working parents, grandparents and caregivers. As a Metrolinx employee, you can access the following:
- Waived administrative fee that grants access to personalized virtual care services (employees pay for actual services at a preferred rate of $9.95/month). Parents and grandparents can connect via secure messaging and video calls for guidance on children’s physical and mental healthcare needs.
