We partner with employers to support working parents and caregivers through a comprehensive membership program that helps balance work and family demands.

Employer-Paid Services

In-Centre Backup Child Care

Kids & Company provides emergency backup care to support families when other care arrangements fall through (planned or emergencies).

  • When your regular child care arrangements fall through, you can access this last-minute care for your child on a moment’s notice or schedule in advance
  • For infant to 5 years of age, and 6-12 years of age at select centres
  • 5 free passes/visits per employee (1 visit is up to 11 hours and includes meals, snacks and curriculum)

In-Centre Child Care at Kids & Company centres

Kids & Company owns and operates 100+ child care centres across Canada. As a Telus employee, you can receive the following:

  • Priority access to full-time and part-time child care with a waived registration fee (value of $200) and no late fees!
  • Tuition discounts at all Kids & Company centres for in-centre care, including infant, toddler, and preschool programs
  • Ability to purchase additional backup visits at a reduced rate
  • Ability to travel with child(ren) and use another Kids & Company location – business or pleasure
  • Latest technology includes: touchless registration, payment, check-in, webcameras at select locations, digital daily reporting

Adult/Elder Care Services, powered by Bayshore HealthCare

The goal of the adult/elder care service is to allow families and their loved one to achieve maximum independence and related quality of life for all. As a Telus employee, you can receive the following:

  • 3 free passes/visits per employee for an adult/elder family member, each visit is 3 hours
  • Available nationally
