Junior Frater
I am Junior Frater, the Centre Director of Kids & Company Sylvan Lake. I have a level 3 Education diploma. I have been working in child care for 6 years, and I have been working with Kids & Company since 2019. After my high school years, I knew I wanted to be a teacher so I could help others, and make a difference in people’s lives. I have a wife and two young boys of my own, who are always full of energy! In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, fishing, camping and listening to music. The Kids & Company Sylvan Lake location is located in the beautiful community of Sylvan Lake, surrounded by the Lake and nearby parks. What makes our centre unique is our team. We are a very dedicated and creative team. We work to enhance child development and provide opportunities for children to grow their potential. Kids & Company is the best because they provide a lot of opportunity for growth and personal development. I have seen myself succeed and flourish at Kids & Company, constantly learning, and becoming a better version of myself. I hope when people see our centre, they will see how we are always striving to create an environment that is caring, inclusive, and stimulating, allowing our children to make choices and explore their own interests.
