Julie Beaton
My name is Julie Beaton and I am the Centre Director at the Kids & Company Waverley location. I graduated with a Level 2 Early Childhood Education from St. Joseph’s College and have been working in child care for over 20 years. I am passionate about creating a safe, joyful environment where children can learn and grow, and I love watching them discover the world around them—whether in the classroom or exploring outdoors. Knowing that I am supporting both children and families in our community makes this work meaningful every day. What makes our Waverley location unique is our expansive outdoor space, which is much more than just a playground. From mud kitchens to large climbing structures and even an authentic teepee, our green space encourages children to be active, imaginative, and engaged as they learn through play. Each day, our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment where children can play, discover, and grow, supported by passionate educators who are committed to their development.
