Though close to downtown, our centre has a neighbourly feel as it’s situated in the tight-night and vibrant Marda Loop community. Our space features bright and beautiful classrooms on the second floor of the new Garrison Corner building, conveniently located just off Crowchild Trail and 33rd Avenue SW. You’ll also find our on-site underground parking makes drop-off and pick-up easy for parents and caregivers.
Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.
This location has 13 classrooms accommodate 157 children from ages 0 months to 12 years of age. We offer Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten, and School Age programs with the option of full-time, part-time, or backup care.
Classrooms are equipped with password-protected webcams as well as educational toys that support our emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy.
Children are provided with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen. The Kidco Kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy and our food contains no additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. Learn more here.

Meet the Director
My name is Candy Arceo and I am the Director at the Kids & Company Marda Loop centre. I have been working at Kids & Company since 2012 and have an Early Childhood Education degree from Bow Valley College. I have been working in the child care field for over 15 years and was a Special Education teacher in the Philippines.I consider working with children my calling! To tell you more about myself, I have two boys that love to play basketball and watch movies. I myself, love to surf the web, read books,watch movies and of course spend time with my family! I have worked at different Kids & Company centres that are all special to me. The thing I love most about Marda Loop is beingpart of a strong team and family-focused community. We have a great energy in the centre and we all look forward to our days with the children. Now that you know more about me, I would love to meet you! Kids & Company’s Infant program welcomes newborns up to roughly 15 months. Infants learn about the world around them through their senses, so exploration is critical to their development. Nurturing educators support the children while they take in their surroundings, encouraging them to experience everything the classroom offers; be it creative art, exploring with blocks, listening to songs or engaging in story-time. Our infant program encourages children to follow their own established routines, while becoming comfortable and secure in a new group setting.
Kids & Company’s Toddler program is for children between the ages of roughly 15 months and 2.9 years. Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators use an Emergent curriculum approach to learning that supports each child’s individuality. Some of the most important learning outcomes of our toddler program are language development, socialization, self-help skills, and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
Kids & Company’s Preschool program is designed for children between the ages of roughly 2.9 - 6 years. Our educators interact, observe and interpret the interests of our children to encourage discoveries. Our Preschool program provides a foundation for developing greater independence and problem-solving skills; the program integrates new concepts into our children’s world view, promotes sharing and mutual respect, and prepares them for Kindergarten.
Kids & Company’s School Age program accepts children from 5 - 12 years old (Grade 1 - 6) and is available at select locations. Programs include Before and After School Care, School Break Programming, and Summer Camp. Classroom space exists for smaller groups to gather, and activities are designed to meet the needs of varying developmental levels, touching on arts, science, math, drama, imaginative play, and physical fitness. Educators are also available to provide academic support for children that wish to do their homework during After School Care.
