This quaint bungalow-style centre has been a beloved part of the Truro community since 2009. We are dedicated to continuing the tradition of fostering lifelong friendships and spreading our vision to this northern region of Nova Scotia. Our outdoor area includes big fenced in space with lots of trees for natural shade and nature exploration. Our backyard space tends to be filled with loose parts that focus around developing the children's imaginative creativity.
Meet the Director
Kim Milberry
I’m Kim Milberry, the Centre Director at the Truro location. I received my ECE Diploma from the Institute of Human Services Education and have been working in child care for over 17 years. I am passionate about helping children learn new skills and discover how to apply them through play and everyday experiences. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching each child grow into their own unique person as they develop their personality, discover their strengths, and build confidence in themselves along the way.
