Rosalia (MA)

Rosalia was nominated by a parent as someone who embodies Innovation. The parent shared, “Ms, Rosalia created a magical week of learning for the kids in her class. She and her team teacher found creative ways to teach the kids about their community by safely exploring spaces where we live, learn and play. Amazing job!“

Grace (BC)

Grace was nominated by a parent as someone who embody Diversity. The parent shared, “It is really hard to choose just one Kidco Way value that Grace Louis has shown. Since we started with Kidsco in August of 2022 Grace has been a key player in our satisfaction with the care we continue to receive for our son. Grace Louis is beyond committed to her job. With all the responsibilities she has, she is able to recall the smallest details for every kid at her centres. She goes over and above to help make our child’s time at the centre the best possible experience. She is tireless in her dedication to her job, more often than not responding to emails immediately. I can’t say enough about how amazing Grace Louis is. It is readily apparent how much she truly cares for all the families that attend her centres.“

Nadeeshani (ON)

Whether advocating for social justice, addressing mental health issues, or adapting to sudden changes in curriculum, Nadeeshani inspires not only academic growth but also personal development. Her willingness to stand up for the students and champion innovative teaching methods often sparks transformative change within Consumer’s location. Through her unwavering commitment, Nadeeshani ignites a passion for learning that empowers future generations.“

Shehara & Emily (ON)

Shehara and Emily were nominated by a parent as someone who embodies Optimism. The parent shared, “We’ve been struggling with potty training our son for the last few months and were getting pretty hopeless. Recently Shahara took the initiative to train a large group of similar aged preschool kids all at once, including our son. Rolling up her sleeves and dealing with constant messes with determination and encouragement, she has had a huge impact on our sons willingness to go potty, and his self awareness of his body. Emily has been a constant support and huge positive voice in this as well. She has been taking time from her day to chat with me multiple times a week to confer on how we can work on it at home, even coming up with a sticker book reward system that she put in place at school, which we did at home as well. Our son has made so much progress and is doing great now! Both Shahara and Emily have been instrumental in this and I can’t thank them enough. 🙂“
