  • What does Kids & Company do?

    Kids & Company offers high quality and flexible in-centre child care. The core business is full-time, part-time and emergency back-up child care and early education. We also offer our Corporate Partners additional dependent care options and services such as hourly babysitting, in-home nanny and elder care. Kids & Company opened its first classrooms in 2002. We now have over 150 locations across North America.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    Kids & Company’s standard hours of operation are 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday. At select locations extended hours apply.

  • Where are the Kids & Company locations?

    Kids & Company currently has over 150 locations across Canada and in the U.S., and continually expanding. Members are able to use all Kids & Company locations in Canada and U.S. for full-time, part-time, or occasional care when travelling on business or pleasure.   • Do the child care centres provide food?

    Absolutely! Kidco Kitchen provides a variety of nutritional and culturally diverse foods that exceed Canada’s Food Guide and USDA recommendations. Each day consists of a morning snack (more like a breakfast), a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack. Each lunch contains a protein, a carbohydrate, vegetables and fruit servings. Every week Kidco Kitchens serve at least 1 fish and vegetarian meal, in addition to chicken and beef. The food is made from scratch with no additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.

  • Does Kids & Company charge late fees? How much are they?

    No. Kids & Company never charges late fees. (Compare this to other child cares and preschools, which often charge $1.00 per minute when parents run late).

• Full-time and Part-time Child Care
  • How far in advance must I book for full-time or part-time care?

    We encourage parents to give centres as much advance notice as possible, however, member-linked families are eligible for priority access to a space at one of the Kids & Company centers.

  • What is the full/part-time fee for my child to attend?

    Our fees are based on the age of the child, number of days attending and the Kids & Company location chosen. Fees can be found at www.kidsandcompany.com once you Sign-in, and on the Parent Portal (once the registration process has been completed). You may also call your preferred location and speak with the Centre Director to get exact fees based on your child’s age and your care needs.

  • Can I just use 2 or 3 days a week?

    We offer flexible child care solutions ranging from 1 to 5 days a week. Families have the ability to purchase single days of child care to support changing schedules.
