Meet the Director

My name is Omid, and I am the Director of Little Willows Webster’s Corner, by Kids & Company. Before joining Little Willows, I served as the Foreign Language Program Coordinator at Beijing University Oriental Kindergarten. Teaching has always been a true passion of mine, and I have been dedicated to educating children since 2011.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. My experience includes serving as an ESL instructor for elementary and middle school students in both China and Turkey. Over time, I discovered my greatest joy and fulfillment in working with younger children, where I am continually inspired by their curiosity and potential.

I firmly believe that every child is unique, with their own qualities, abilities, and capacity for growth. My approach focuses on building strong, collaborative partnerships with families that are based on mutual respect, open communication, and meaningful engagement. I am deeply committed to creating an environment where children can thrive and grow into compassionate, curious, and confident individuals.

I am grateful for the support of the families and colleagues who share this vision. Together, we have the privilege of shaping the future by helping children understand that facts matter, love is wise, and hatred is foolish.
