This centre is located in Liberton Square, right on St. Alberta Trail, and near the St. Albert Mall. This is a convenient location for parents that travel along St. Albert Trail from the northeast into Edmonton. Our standalone building offers peace and quiet from the retail stores nearby and also has ample parking out front for easy pick-up and drop-off.
Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.
We have 6 classrooms that accommodate 99 children from 0 months to 12 years old. Care is available on a full-time or backup care basis for children in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Kindergarten programs. School Agers are welcome to our Summer Camp program that runs while school is not in session.
Each classroom has a webcam and is full of toys that support our emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy. Outside we have a private and gated play area that gets lots of shade for us to enjoy in all weather conditions.
Children are provided with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen. The Kidco Kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy and our food contains no additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours. Learn more here.
Subsidies are accepted in Alberta for families who qualify. Contact the Centre Director for more information.

My name is Ronnie Visitacion and I am the Director at the Kids & Company Meadowlark Park location. I have a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Teaching. I also have a Doctor of Education degree with a major in Educational Management. In my free time I love watching movies, reading books, and spending time with family and friends. The staff at Meadowlark Park are like a family – we are supportive of each other and in tune with the children. One of my favourite things about our role is identifying the unique interests and skills of each child and then adapting our programs to them – it guides us in exciting directions and keeps everyone engaged! Now that you know a bit more about me, I would love to meet you! I hope you come visit and see for yourself how Kids & Company can provide the right care and education for your child.
Kids & Company’s Infant program welcomes newborns up to roughly 15 months. Infants learn about the world around them through their senses, so exploration is critical to their development. Nurturing educators support the children while they take in their surroundings, encouraging them to experience everything the classroom offers; be it creative art, exploring with blocks, listening to songs or engaging in story-time. Our infant program encourages children to follow their own established routines, while becoming comfortable and secure in a new group setting.
Kids & Company’s Toddler program is for children between the ages of roughly 15 months and 2.9 years. Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators use an Emergent curriculum approach to learning that supports each child’s individuality. Some of the most important learning outcomes of our toddler program are language development, socialization, self-help skills, and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
