Join us for some much-needed TLC

Our pilot program, Kidco TLC, is a series of virtual group-sessions held over the course of 6 weeks, designed as a safe space for Marsh McLennan employees to “Talk, Listen, and Connect” with one another, guided by trained facilitators.

Our focus will be on the theme of returning to work as a new parent, where there may exist shared anxieties around the big changes these transitions can bring. These sessions will be an opportunity to prioritize your mental health and will provide you with a safe space to connect with other parents at Marsh McLennan who are in a similar life stage. The facilitators, Claire Barron and Beth Burrows, are experts in their fields and aim to provide a safe, confidential environment where life’s challenges can be discussed openly. They are not there to problem solve, but rather to guide the conversation so that group members feel respected and supported.

The sessions will be held virtually via Zoom over the course of 6 weeks, starting Monday, September 26, at 2:00-3:00PM EST.

Spots are limited for this pilot and are available on a first come, first served basis. Please register below to receive the information needed in order to participate in the sessions. We ask that if you register, that you please plan to attend all 6 sessions to get the most from the series.

About the Facilitators

Claire Barron is a trained Group Facilitator and Life Coach. She earned a teaching degree from Middlebury College, and an M.Ed from OISE.  Claire has a passion for support groups and has developed and ran her own program for over 15 years. Beth Burrows is a veteran Human Resources professional who turned her passion for coaching and promoting wellness in the workplace towards educational pursuits in counselling.
