This ocean-side Massachusetts location is in the Quincy neighborhood, across the street from Squantum Point Park. the intersection of Victory Rd. and Miwra Haul Rd. We are on the first floor of an office building and have a few reserved parking spots for parents to use during pick-up and drop-off. We are not within walking distance of any bus stops, so this location is recommended for caregivers travelling by car.
We are lucky to be situated right across from the ocean with a view of downtown Boston! Once you enter our space, you’ll find it is warm and inviting with large windows all around. Each classroom is filled with educational and age-appropriate toys, and we also have a gross motor room where children can get physically active during bad weather days. Outside is a large, fenced-in playground with a turf ground, a small climber, and fun outdoor equipment.
Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.
Our 9 classrooms can accommodate 107 children from newborn to 6 years old. The Infant and Toddler programs are available full-time, and the Preschool program is available on a full-time or half-day basis.
At Kids & Company, we use an emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy. This means children are presented with learning opportunities in direct response to their individual interests and skills. Our children are immersed in experiences that enhance language, literacy, a sense of music and rhythm, and socialization so that they may develop independence, confidence and a positive sense of self and the world around them.
Children are provided with breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks each day, catered by our in-house Kidco Kitchen. The Kidco Kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy and our food contains no additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Learn more here.

I am Darlene Fennelly, the Center Director of Kids & Company Marina Bay in Massachusetts. I attended Eastern Nazarene College where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a minor in Early Education. I have been working in child care for over 40 years, and I have been working with Kids & Company since 1991. Child care is extremely gratifying; every day is not alike, and you get to be a part of a community that helps children learn, grow, and develop to their greatest potential. Working as a child care provider, you can give children a good start in life by assisting them in developing social skills in a safe and caring atmosphere that fosters learning through play. I love and believe in Kids & Company’s core values. I also feel Kids & Company is a very compassionate and understanding company. Marina Bay is set on a beautiful boardwalk on the water looking out at Boston Harbor. We are in a very nice business building on the first floor. Now that I’ve told you about me, I would love to meet you! Come visit our Marina Bay center for a visit and see all that Kids & Company has to offer.
Kids & Company’s Infant program welcomes newborns up to roughly 15 months. Infants learn about the world around them through their senses, so exploration is critical to their development. Nurturing educators support the children while they take in their surroundings, encouraging them to experience everything the classroom offers; be it creative art, exploring with blocks, listening to songs or engaging in story-time. Our infant program encourages children to follow their own established routines, while becoming comfortable and secure in a new group setting.
Kids & Company’s Toddler program is for children between the ages of roughly 15 months and 2.9 years. Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators use an Emergent curriculum approach to learning that supports each child’s individuality. Some of the most important learning outcomes of our toddler program are language development, socialization, self-help skills, and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
Kids & Company’s Preschool program is designed for children between the ages of roughly 2.9 - 6 years. Our educators interact, observe and interpret the interests of our children to encourage discoveries. Our Preschool program provides a foundation for developing greater independence and problem-solving skills; the program integrates new concepts into our children’s world view, promotes sharing and mutual respect, and prepares them for Kindergarten.
