This Chicago location is in the heart of Fulton Market and is easily accessible by transit or car. Our cozy learning space sits on the first floor of a small building at the corner of W Fulton Dr. and N Union Ave.
Our 4 classrooms can accommodate 44 children from 6 weeks to 5 years old in the full-time Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.
Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.
Inside you’ll find large windows that let in lots of natural light, educational and age-appropriate toys, and a gross motor room to keep children active year-round. We also have password-protected webcams that let caregivers check in on their children throughout the day.
At Kids & Company, we use an emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy. This means children are presented with learning opportunities in direct response to their individual interests and skills. Our children are immersed in experiences that enhance language, literacy, a sense of music and rhythm, and socialization so that they may develop independence, confidence and a positive sense of self and the world around them.
Children are provided with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen. The Kidco Kitchen is founded on a fresh-from-scratch philosophy and our food contains no additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Learn more here.

I am Aryna Henderson, the Center Director of Kids & Company Fulton. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in child care for 9 years and I have been working with Kids & Company since 2021. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was 5 years old. I would read to the other kids in my neighborhood and it has always been a passion of mine to pass my knowledge on to the next generation. I have a son of my own who is my world. In my spare time, I love to watch old western and suspenseful movies, workout, and spend time gaming with my son. My favorite thing about the Fulton location is that we are a small intimate center that is fully dedicated to filling every family’s needs. Every staff member has a passion for education and thrives to make every child’s experience memorable. As Director of Fulton, I promise to continue to execute Kids & Company’s philosophy on education and provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for each child. Kids & Company’s Infant program welcomes newborns up to roughly 15 months. Infants learn about the world around them through their senses, so exploration is critical to their development. Nurturing educators support the children while they take in their surroundings, encouraging them to experience everything the classroom offers; be it creative art, exploring with blocks, listening to songs or engaging in story-time. Our infant program encourages children to follow their own established routines, while becoming comfortable and secure in a new group setting.
Kids & Company’s Toddler program is for children between the ages of roughly 15 months and 2.9 years. Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators use an Emergent curriculum approach to learning that supports each child’s individuality. Some of the most important learning outcomes of our toddler program are language development, socialization, self-help skills, and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
Kids & Company’s Preschool program is designed for children between the ages of roughly 2.9 - 6 years. Our educators interact, observe and interpret the interests of our children to encourage discoveries. Our Preschool program provides a foundation for developing greater independence and problem-solving skills; the program integrates new concepts into our children’s world view, promotes sharing and mutual respect, and prepares them for Kindergarten.
