Welcome to Kids & Company St. Charles! 

This location is in the Castledowns neighbourhood of west Edmonton, directly inside the St. Charles Catholic School. 

This location offers a sense of comfort and convenience in having a child care program right in the school. With access to the school gym, children have the opportunity to experience physical activities in a fun and safe environment!

Our location is proudly endorsed by Eco-Healthy Child Care®, a program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental hazards in early learning settings with the goal of protecting the health of children and staff.

Our singular classroom can accommodate 30 children in our Kindergarten and School Age programs. Inside our room, you’ll notice bright colors and countless educational and age-appropriate toys. 

The School Age program runs Before and After School care, School Break care, and Summer Camp. Before care is typically offered from 6:30-9:00AM, and After care from 3:30-6:00PM. Kindergarteners are also able to attend on a full-time basis. 

At Kids & Company, we use an emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy. This means children are presented with learning opportunities in direct response to their individual interests and skills. Our children are immersed in experiences that enhance language, literacy, a sense of music and rhythm, and socialization so that they may develop independence, confidence and a positive sense of self and the world around them.

We offer snacks from our Kidco Super Snack Menu that are nutritious and well balanced. Our menu is developed to address the nutritional needs of growing children and to comply with the most recent version of Canada’s Food Guide. Learn more here. 

Starting April 1, 2025, parents enrolling children from birth to kindergarten in full-time care across the province will be eligible for a flat parent fee of $326.25 per month, or approximately $15 per day.
